Article Abstract
Nursing has a long tradition of classification, stretching back at least 150 years. The introduction of computers into health care towards the end of the 20(th) Century helped to focus efforts, culminating in the development of a range of standardized classifications. Many of these classifications are still in use today and, while content is periodically updated, the underlying classification structures remain relatively static. In this paper an approach to classification that is relatively new to nursing is presented; an approach that uses formal Web Ontology Language definitions for classes, and computer-based reasoning on those classes, to determine automatically classification structures that more flexibly meet the needs of users. A new proposed classification structure for the International Classification for Nursing Practice is derived under the new approach to provide a new view on the next release of the classification and to contribute to broader quality improvement processes.

CSF concentrations of β-amyloid 42 (Aβ42) and phosphorylated tau (p-tau) are well-established biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease and have been studied in relation to several neuropathological features both in patients and in cognitively unimpaired individuals. The CSF p-tau/Aβ42 ratio, a biomarker combining information from both pathophysiological processes, has emerged as a promising tool for monitoring disease progression, even at pre-clinical stages. Here, we studied the association between the CSF p-tau/Aβ42 ratio with downstream markers of pre-clinical Alzheimer's disease progression including brain structure, glucose metabolism, fibrillary Aβ deposition and cognitive performance in 234 cognitively unimpaired individuals, who underwent cognitive testing, a lumbar puncture, MRI, 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose and 18F-flutemetamol PET scanning.

Background: Self-narratives about traumatic experiences and symptoms are informative for early identification of potential patients; however, their use in clinical screening is limited. This study aimed to develop an automated screening method that analyzes self-narratives of early adolescent earthquake survivors to screen for PTSD in a timely and effective manner.
Methods: An inquiry-based questionnaire consisting of a series of open-ended questions about trauma history and psychological symptoms, was designed to simulate the clinical structured interviews based on the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, and was used to collect self-narratives from 430 survivors who experienced the Ya'an earthquake in Sichuan Province, China.
