Tracheal adenoid cystic carcinoma is a rare malignancy. We report the case of a 65-year-old male who presented to our department due to a 3-month history of mild dysphagia without other associated symptoms. The neck, laryngeal, and hypopharyngeal examinations were normal.

Methods: The clinical data of 1782 pediatric patients presenting with voice disorders were retrospectively analyzed. These cases were categorized into four age-based cohorts: 0-3, 4-7, 8-11, and 12-15years.

Goblet cell adenocarcinoma (GCA) is a distinctive type of endocrine-exocrine mixed tumor, exhibiting intermediate morphological features between neuroendocrine tumor and adenocarcinoma. It predominantly arises in the appendix, but primary extra-appendiceal GCA is extremely rare. Here, we presented six cases of primary extra-appendiceal GCA from 2016 to 2022.

Background: Flexible naso-pharyngo-laryngoscopy (NPL) has become an essential clinic tool for evaluating patients with upper airway disorders in otorhinolaryngology. It has been established to be a simple, cost-effective, and minimally invasive technique with good diagnostic yields. This study aimed to audit the procedure of flexible NPL done in our clinic over 2 years and analyse the technique, indications, and findings of the procedure.
