Changes to nurse education and the shortage of nurses and midwives in the NHS are likely to affect recruitment to nursing and midwifery professions in Jersey. The aim is to increase students' understanding of the diverse roles that exist in this field. Students are offered the opportunity to meet and interact with practitioners from a variety of nursing and midwifery roles.
