The provision of matching of clinical laboratory examinations results needs the application of unified technologies on all stages of medical care. The project of regulations of standardized analytical technologies is presented. The basic principles of description of standardized analytical technologies and development of all stages of examinations is exposed including requirements to specialists, security techniques, preanalytical stage, quality control, labor expenditures.

Introduction: Mitochondria and angiogenesis play key roles in multiple myeloma (MM) development, but their interrelated genes affecting MM prognosis are under-studied.

Methods: We analyzed TCGA_MMRF and GSE4581 datasets to identify four genes - CCNB1, CDC25C, HSP90AA1, and PARP1 - that significantly correlate with MM prognosis, with high expression indicating poor outcomes.

Results: A prognostic signature based on these genes stratified patients into high- and low-risk groups, with the latter showing better survival.

Diabetes increases the risk of dementia, and insulin resistance (IR) has emerged as a potential unifying feature. Here, we review published findings over the past 2 decades on the relation of diabetes and IR to brain health, including those related to cognition and neuropathology, in the Religious Orders Study, the Rush Memory and Aging Project, and the Minority Aging Research Study (ROS/MAP/MARS), three harmonised cohort studies of ageing and dementia at the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center (RADC). A wide range of participant data, including information on medical conditions such as diabetes and neuropsychological tests, as well as other clinical and laboratory-based data collected annually.

Chemiluminescence offers ultrasensitive imaging for the diagnosis of a variety of diseases by removing the interference from excitation light sources. Here, we prepared two chemiluminescent metal-organic frameworks (Mn-ADA and Zn-ADA) by using (2,2')-3,3'-(anthracene-9,10-diyl)diacrylic acid (ADA) as a ligand. In Mn-ADA and Zn-ADA, the Mn atoms and Zn atoms are six-coordinated and eight-coordinated, respectively, and their frameworks are different in spatial structure.
