Introduction And Hypothesis: Autologous fascia lata has been increasingly utilised in pelvic floor reconstructive surgeries such as sacrocolpopexy and sacrohysteropexy. This case highlights sacrohysteropexy with autologous fascia lata as a promising option for women with advanced uterovaginal prolapse who wish to preserve their uterus and avoid synthetic mesh.
Methods: We report the case of a 65-year-old woman with stage 3 pelvic organ prolapse following one forceps and one spontaneous vaginal delivery.

Spontaneous thrombosis of intracranial aneurysms is rare. Spontaneous regression of unruptured small saccular aneurysms is even more rare. A 76-year-old woman with a history of hypertension and dyslipidemia was referred for evaluation of an unruptured intracranial aneurysm.

In the current study, an optimized ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) method is developed using response surface methodology (RSM) to extract anthocyanins from the fruit.

Spontaneous hepatic rupture is a rare complication that occurs in pregnant mothers with HELLP syndrome, or preeclampsia with severe features, or eclampsia. The most common symptom of hepatic rupture/hematoma is right upper quadrant pain or epigastric pain, which is similar to the presentation of preeclampsia with severe features. Therefore, the absence of specific signs and symptoms leads to a diagnostic dilemma and a delay in management.
