This paper aims to discuss the relationships between the selected positive youth development constructs and the enhancement of Hong Kong junior secondary school students' money management skills, values, and attitudes. Various issues of money management of adolescents are reviewed. These issues include the need for money management programs for adolescents, the content and coverage of an appropriate money management program, and its relationships with the selected positive youth development constructs. The curriculum units for secondary 3 students are taken as examples to illustrate the design of the program. It is believed that promoting cognitive competence, self-efficacy, and spirituality could be an effective way to enhance students' money management skills, values, and attitudes, thus preparing them better for facing the finance-related issues in life.

Purpose: Acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP) is a severe complication that can occur in the third trimester or immediately postpartum, characterized by rapid hepatic failure. This study aims to explore the changes in portal vein blood flow velocity and liver function during pregnancy, which may assist in the early diagnosis and management of AFLP.
Methods: This longitudinal study was conducted at a tertiary healthcare center with participants recruited from routine antenatal check-ups.

Background: Adolescents (10-19 years old) have poor outcomes across the prevention-to-treatment HIV care continuum, leading to significant mortality and morbidity. We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of interventions that documented HIV outcomes among adolescents in HIV high-burden countries.
Methods: We searched PubMed, EMBASE, Scopus, and the Cochrane Library for studies published between January 2015 and September 2024, assessing at least one HIV outcome along the prevention-to-care cascade, including PrEP uptake, HIV testing, awareness of HIV infections, ARV adherence, retention, and virological suppression.

Background: Non-adherence to medication remains a persistent and significant challenge, with profound implications for patient outcomes and the long-term sustainability of healthcare systems. Two decades ago, the World Health Organization (WHO) dedicated its seminal report to adherence to long-term therapies, catalysing notable changes that advanced both research and practice in medication adherence. The aim of this paper was to identify the most important progress made over the last 2 decades in medication adherence management and to initiate a discussion on future objectives, suggesting priority targets for the next 20 years.

Introduction: Dengue viruses (DENVs), the causative agents of dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome, undergo genetic mutations that result in new strains and lead to ongoing global re-infections.
Objectives: To address the growing complexity of identifying and tracking biological samples, this study screened RNA barcode segments for the four DENV serotypes, ensuring high specificity and recall rates for DENV identification using segments.
Results: Through analyzing complete genome sequences of DENVs, we screened eight barcode segments for DENV, DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4 identification.
