Infraorbital ethmoidal air cells (IOEAc) are ethmoidal cells that pneumatizes inferior to the orbital floor and lateral to a line parallel to the lamina papyracea. Studies have shown considerable anatomical variation with different extensions in humans. Purpose: It has been demonstrated that the coronary artery anomalies (CAAs) are generally asymptomatic. However, some cases can cause severe life threatening events. As coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) has emerged as a non-invasive alternative to invasive coronary angiography for the evaluation of coronary anatomy, the prevalence of CAAs in CCTA may more closely reflect the true prevalence in the general population.

Introduction: IUDs are effective, reversible and safe methods of contraception. The mechanism of action of IUDs as a group is inducing endometrial atrophy, apoptosis, altering tubal motility; preventing sperm permeability, fertilization, and implantation. Complications of IUD include menstrual disturbance, pelvic pain, and increased risk of ectopic pregnancy with contraceptive failure, device expulsion, uterine perforation or transmural migration with misplacement of the device.
