Objective: The objective of our study was to identify and describe the spectrum of CT findings in patients with coagulopathy-induced suburothelial hemorrhage involving the renal collecting system.
Conclusion: CT findings of suburothelial hemorrhage are often subtle and are best appreciated on unenhanced CT scans because of the high density of the hemorrhage. After contrast injection, uniformly thickened soft tissue enveloping the collecting system is suggestive of this condition. Clinical information regarding the presence of coagulopathy is essential for the radiologist to entertain this relatively rare diagnosis.

Objectives: Severe coagulopathy due to consumption of synthetic cannabinoids adulterated with brodifacoum, a long-acting anticoagulant, is an emerging worldwide hazard. Here, we review the spectrum of imaging findings in adulterated cannabinoid poisoning.
Materials And Methods: In this retrospective study, we used the Israeli Poison Information Center database to identify patients with cannabinoid-associated coagulopathy who presented to the Rambam Health Care Campus, where most patients were treated during an outbreak in northern Israel between September 2021 and June 2022.

Spontaneous suburothelial hemorrhage (SSH), also known as Antopol Goldman lesion, is a rare condition characterized by spontaneous bleeding into the renal sinus and proximal ureter wall. This case report describes the clinical presentation, imaging findings, and management of SSH in a 20-year-old female initially suspected to have urothelial malignancy. Imaging features of SSH include pre-contrast hyperdensity and non-enhancing thickening of the pelviureteric wall, which can mimic transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) and lead to unnecessary interventions.

Spontaneous suburothelial hemorrhage is a rare process of unclear pathologic etiology, although it has been associated with bleeding diathesis and anticoagulation. The most common clinical presentation is acute onset flank pain and macroscopic hematuria. On imaging, there is a mural thickening of the renal pelvis and upper ureters leading to luminal narrowing.

Both suburothelial hemorrhage and intestinal mural hemorrhage are very rare causes of abdominal pain and gross hematuria. Com-puted tomography (CT) is very valuable in both diagnoses. We present left suburothelial hemorrhage and intestinal mural hemorrhage with CT findings, in a case of Coumadin use for mitral valve replacement.
