In this case, a 10-year-old patient was diagnosed with fibrous dysplasia of the ethmoid sinus at an early age. The patient has experienced nasal congestion, snores, and worsening nasal patency since 2019.

Background: Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKTCL-NT) is a rare, highly invasive Epstein-Barr virus associated hematological malignant tumor with an unfavorable prognosis. Although ENKTCL-NT has been previously reported, no relevant article has provided an intuitive, progressive series of schematic illustrations of the rapid progression of facial ulcers.
Objective: This article reports a serious case of ENKTCL-NT that involved the entire process from onset to death.

Dog bites are one of the most common injuries in the United States, with varying presentations such as avulsion injuries and lacerations, and they range from a single bite to multiple bites in a victim. The severity of the dog bite is often the biggest factor in determining the treatment course. This report discusses the treatment of a 60-year-old male with severe facial avulsion trauma from a dog bite.
