Objective: To report the experience of the Brazilian Program of Pediatric Teleradiology in combining teleconferencing and a virtual learning environment for services integration, collaborative research, and continuing education in pediatric radiology.
Materials And Methods: We performed virtual meetings from March 2005 to October 2010 on pediatric radiology-related themes, using a combination of videoconferences and Web conferences, which were recorded and made available in an open-source software (Moodle) for reuse.
Results: We performed 58 virtual sessions: 29 anatomical-clinical-radiological sessions, 28 on upgrading themes, and 1 virtual symposium. The average of connected points was 12 by videoconference and 39 by Web conference, and of 450 participants per event. At the time of this writing, 318 physicians and students are registered in the virtual learning environment, with a total of 14,678 accesses.
Conclusions: Telemedicine is being included in pediatric radiology practice, as a means for distance education, training, and continuing integration between groups.

Background: Heterozygous TRPV4 mutations cause a group of skeletal dysplasias characterized by short stature, short trunk, and skeletal deformities.
Objective: The aim of this study is to compare the natural history of clinical and radiologic features of patients with different TRPV4-related skeletal dysplasias.
Materials And Methods: Thirteen patients with a mutation in TRPV4 were included in the study, and 11 were followed for a median of 6.

Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) use is critical to prevent disease transmission to healthcare providers, especially those treating patients with a high infection risk. To address the challenge of monitoring PPE usage in healthcare, computer vision has been evaluated for tracking adherence. Existing datasets for this purpose, however, lack a diversity of PPE and nonadherence classes, represent single not multiple providers, and do not depict dynamic provider movement during patient care.

Background: Congenital heart diseases (CHDs) are common birth defects. This work presents over four years of clinical experience of 4D flow cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR), highlighting its value for pediatric CHD.
Methods: Children with various CHD diagnoses (n = 298) were examined on a 1.
