As a zoonotic virus, highly sensitive detection of monkeypox virus is crucial for its prevention and control due to its rapid increase in cases worldwide and the extremely high risk of virus transmission. In this paper, based on the principle of antigen-antibody specific recognition, an ultrasensitive resonance Raman biosensing probe was prepared using a molecule with the bifunctionality of resonance Raman effect and capturing antibody; and with the strong affinity of the biotin-streptavidin (Bio-SA) system, Bio-antibody and SA test strips were prepared. To match the T-line of the test strip, a portable Raman instrument with a strip-shaped spot was designed.

Bulk n-type SrTiO (STO) has long been known to possess a superconducting ground state at an exceptionally dilute carrier density. This has raised questions about the applicability of the BCS-Eliashberg paradigm with its underlying adiabatic assumption. However, recent experimental reports have set the pairing gap to the critical temperature (Tc) ratio at the BCS value for superconductivity in Nb-doped STO, even though the adiabaticity condition the BCS pairing requires is satisfied over the entire superconducting dome only by the lowest branch of optical phonons.

With the advancement of the Internet, social media platforms have gradually become powerful in spreading crisis-related content. Identifying informative tweets associated with natural disasters is beneficial for the rescue operation. When faced with massive text data, choosing the pivotal features, reducing the calculation expense, and increasing the model classification performance is a significant challenge.

In this research, inspired by the principles of biological visual attention mechanisms and swarm intelligence found in nature, we present an Enhanced Self-Correlation Attention and Multi-Branch Joint Module Network (EMNet), a novel model for few-shot image classification. Few-shot image classification aims to address the problem of image classification when data are limited. Traditional models require a large amount of labeled data for training, while few-shot learning trains models using only a small number of samples (just a few samples per class) to recognize new categories.

Optimizing complex systems usually involves costly and time-consuming experiments, where selecting the experiments to perform is fundamental. Bayesian optimization (BO) has proved to be a suitable optimization method in these situations thanks to its sample efficiency and principled way of learning from previous data, but it typically requires that experiments are sequentially performed. Fully distributed BO addresses the need for efficient parallel and asynchronous active search, especially where traditional centralized BO faces limitations concerning privacy in federated learning and resource utilization in high-performance computing settings.
