Background: To demonstrate the safety and performance of the Arrow EZ-IO Intraosseous Vascular Access System, particularly in the pediatric patient population, a retrospective observational study was conducted in 2021 and 2022.
Methods: Following study design, IRB approval, and investigator selection, data were collected for all patients needing intraosseous access-adult and pediatric. The primary endpoint was the success rate for achieving intraosseous access; the secondary endpoint was the rate of adverse events.

: The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the global nursing shortage. As the shortage worsens, reliance on internationally educated nurses is expected to increase, presenting challenges and opportunities for health care systems and nurse leaders worldwide. While internationally educated nurses bring cultural and ethnic diversity to domestic workforces, they face significant hurdles in successfully integrating due to racism, discrimination, and isolation, which can have a negative impact on their self-determination.

Background: Approximately 50% of intensive care survivors experience persistent psychological symptoms. Eye-movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) is a widely recommended trauma-focussed psychological therapy, which has not been investigated systematically in a cohort of intensive care survivors: We therefore conducted a randomised pilot feasibility study of EMDR, using the Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol (R-TEP), to prevent psychological distress in intensive care survivors. Findings will determine whether it would be possible to conduct a fully-powered clinical effectiveness trial and inform trial design.
