Neoadjuvant Therapy (NT) has become the gold standard for treating locally advanced Breast Cancer (BC). The assessment of pathological response (pR) post-NT plays a crucial role in predicting long-term survival, with Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) currently recognised as the preferred imaging modality for its evaluation. Traditional imaging techniques, such as Digital Mammography (DM) and Ultrasonography (US), encounter difficulties in post-NT assessments due to breast density, lesion changes, fibrosis, and molecular patterns.

Purpose: Sulcus-deepening trochleoplasty (TP) effectively treats patellofemoral (PF) instability (PFI) caused by high-grade trochlear dysplasia (TD), but current evidence is based on small case series. We hypothesised, that TP would result in significant functional improvements and a low re-dislocation rate but would not accelerate the progression of PF cartilage deterioration.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed all TP cases performed by a single surgeon between 2015 and 2021.

Introduction: Transvaginal natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES) is an innovative and feasible approach for left-sided colorectal resections in females. This study aimed to report our experience with transvaginal NOSES for left-sided laparoscopic colorectal resections.
Patients And Methods: We analysed data for all patients with transvaginal extraction performed for left-sided laparoscopic colorectal resections between 2011 and 2021 at a tertiary teaching hospital in Taiwan.

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effects of a multicomponent rehabilitation exercise, coupled with soymilk intake post-exercise, on cognitive impairment and ischemic lesion growth among acute stroke patients.
Methods: In a four-arm, single-blind, randomized clinical trial, 120 patients with acute stroke were randomly allocated to one of the following groups: 1) the MRE + soymilk, 2) the MRE, 3) the soymilk, and 4) the control group. Each group underwent their respective intervention for a continuous duration of 20 days.

Background: This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) of oral healthcare providers concerning the treatment of endodontic-periodontal lesions (EPLs) and investigate the relationships among the KAP dimensions using correlation analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM).
Methods: This cross-sectional study enrolled dental healthcare professionals between February 2024 and June 2024, with questionnaire data collected in Hangzhou and Shaoxing, China. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire that gathered demographic information and KAP scores.
