Laryngeal angiosarcoma is uncommon, with only 19 previously reported cases. Malignant transformation in nonirradiated hemangiomas is extremely rare, with only five equivocal cases reported, all of which occurred in the skin. We report the first documented case of malignant transformation in a laryngeal hemangioma, and review the literature.

Myelodysplastic syndromes/neoplasms (MDS) are a widely heterogenous group of myeloid malignancies characterized by morphologic dysplasia, a defective hematopoiesis, and recurrent genetic abnormalities. The original and revised International Prognostic Scoring Systems (IPSS) have been used to risk-stratify patients with MDS to guide treatment strategies. In higher-risk MDS, the therapeutic approach is geared toward delaying leukemic transformation and prolonging survival.

Its typical characteristics include an aggressive course, progressive lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, systemic symptoms, anemia, hypergammaglobulinemia, and generally poor prognosis.
Methods: We describe a rare case in which the left inguinal lymph node was completely excised and biopsied one year ago.

Cervical cancer ranks as the fourth most common cancer among women globally, posing a significant mortality risk. Persistent infection with high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) is the primary instigator of cervical cancer development, often alongside coinfection with other viruses, precipitating various malignancies. This study aimed to explore recent biotechnological advances in understanding HPV infection dynamics, host interactions, and its role in oncogenesis.

Background And Objectives: IO has transformed cancer management, but its adoption in advanced cancer patients varies by tumor type. With more Stage IV patients undergoing surgery, understanding site-specific outcomes in these challenging patients is essential. We aimed to evaluate IO use and survival trends for Stage IV cancer patients across high-incidence cancers in the US.

Background: Melanoma is a highly aggressive skin cancer, where early and accurate diagnosis is crucial to improve patient outcomes. Dermoscopy, a non-invasive imaging technique, aids in melanoma detection but can be limited by subjective interpretation. Recently, machine learning and deep learning techniques have shown promise in enhancing diagnostic precision by automating the analysis of dermoscopy images.
