Objective: : Blue nevi are extremely rare in the vaginal canal and are suspicious for melanoma, especially when multiple lesions are present. We describe a woman with multiple blue nevi of the vagina.
Design: : We describe 1 case of multiple blue nevi of the vagina.
Results: : A 37-year-old woman, status after therapy for serous carcinoma of the ovary, presented with multiple blue to black macular lesions present throughout the vagina. Two of the lesions were examined by biopsy and demonstrated dendritic melanocytes. The patient has been closely followed, and the lesions remain unchanged.
Conclusions: : Multiple vaginal blue nevi are an important differential diagnostic consideration for melanoma of the vagina. These lesions, however, are benign and require only clinical follow-up. Excision is unnecessary.

Metastatic melanoma with unusual histopathology can be diagnostically challenging. One exceptionally rare cutaneous manifestation of metastases is blue-nevus-like metastatic melanoma (BNLMM). The dermoscopic rainbow pattern (RP), also known as polychromatic pattern, is characterized by a multicolored appearance, resulting from the dispersion of polarized light as it penetrates various tissue components. Its separation into different wavelengths occurs according to the physics principles of scattering, absorption, and interference of light, creating the optical effect of RP. Even though the RP is regarded as a highly specific dermoscopic indicator of Kaposi's sarcoma, in the medical literature, it has also been documented as an atypical dermoscopic finding of other non-Kaposi skin entities.

Inferior vena cava aneurysms (IVCAs) are rare yet potentially lethal, especially if they are symptomatic or complicated. Among the IVCAs reported in the literature, only a few are associated with congenital vascular anomalies, including congenital IVC obstruction, tetralogy of Fallot, left-sided IVC, duplicated IVC, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, blue rubber bleb nevus syndrome, and Klipper-Trenaunay syndrome. We present the case of an 8-cm symptomatic saccular IVCA in a patient with tetralogy of Fallot, treated successfully with surgical repair.
