Ultrasmall and highly fluorescent gold nanoclusters (Au NCs) have been widely used for the construction of sensing and imaging platforms. Specifically, through a combination of surface functionalization and spectral analysis and/or imaging techniques, effective intracellular detection and imaging are realized. In this review, we summarize the recently adopted intracellular analysis and imaging events with Au NCs-based probes.

This work represents a comprehensive study of the ground vibrational state of C-13 substituted methanol using very high-resolution far-infrared (FIR) and infrared (IR) Synchrotron Radiation spectra recorded with a very high signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio in the entire region from 40to5000cm, at the Canadian Light sources. High resolution combined with a high S/N ratio allowed the recording to be done with an unprecedented resolution of about 0.0017cm.

However, high-beam-quality sources covering an entire spectral range are limited. This paper presents the development of a femtosecond Cr:ZnSe laser with a 2.

However, its effective resolution, constrained by the inherent comb line spacing, hinders its ability to resolve narrow absorption features, common in critical applications such as sub-Doppler spectroscopy, low-pressure gas analysis, and construction of the atmospheric profile. To address this challenge, we present a synchronous offset frequency tuning method for the mid-infrared dual-comb system to improve effective resolution far beyond comb line spacing.

The MRR with a 3-dB bandwidth of 0.15 nm ensures the high resolution of the spectrometer.
