Elevated intraocular pressure-induced interlamellar stromal keratitis (PISK) is an entity of interface haze usually occurring weeks to months after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) that is associated with elevated intraocular pressures and worsening with steroid treatment. There is evidence that this interface haze is the result of abnormal fluid dynamics that occur in the cornea after LASIK. We present a case of pressure-induced interlamellar stromal keratitis occurring 9 years after LASIK in the setting of anterior uveitis. This case emphasizes the importance of considering such diagnoses as pressure-induced interlamellar stromal keratitis in the differential diagnosis when presented with a patient with corneal haze and a history of LASIK.

Purpose: To report a case of pressure-induced interlamellar stromal keratitis (PISK) 10 years after laser assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).
Observations: A case of a 36-year-old man who underwent LASIK and presented with PISK 10 years later. Before presenting to our department he consulted elsewhere for red eye, decreased visual acuity, foreign body sensation, and pain on the RE for 1 week.

Purpose: To describe a case of bilateral interface fluid formation 2 years after laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) surgery caused by the side effect of amantadine.
Observations: A 47-year-old male patient with a history of Parkinson's disease treated with amantadine who had uneventful LASIK surgery in both eyes 2 years ago, presented with a decline in vision over the past 6 weeks. Results: Best corrected vision was 20/200 and 20/400 in the right and left eye respectively.

Purpose: To report a case of pressure-induced interlamellar stromal keratitis (PISK) after small-incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) for the correction of myopic astigmatism in the United States.
Methods: We report the case of a 27-year-old man who underwent uneventful SMILE surgery and presented with pressure-induced stromal keratitis. Anterior and posterior segment examination, uncorrected distance visual acuity, refraction, intraocular pressure, and pachymetry values are reported from this time period.

Introduction: Corticosteroid treatment for uveitis can lead to delayed-onset pressure-induced interlamellar stromal keratitis (PISK), even years after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).A 35-year-old man presented to our clinic after experiencing blurred vision in his left eye for 1 month. For the past month, he had been prescribed topical steroid and anti-glaucomatous medication.

Purpose: To determine if the mechanical properties of the annulus fibrosus (AF) are altered following end-plate fracture. Vertebral fractures, particularly those in the growth plate, are relatively common among adolescents. What is unclear is whether or not these fractures are also associated with concomitant damage to the intervertebral disc (IVD), in particular the AF.
