Background: The deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap provides an effective and popular means for autologous breast reconstruction. However, with the complexity of the pathway, the environmental impact of the pathway has yet to be evaluated.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of 42 unilateral DIEPs at a single reconstructive center was performed.

Background And Purpose: Growing numbers of clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) are available to neurologic physical therapists to guide and inform evidence-based patient care. Adherence to CPG recommendations often necessitates behavior change for therapists and patients. The purpose of this qualitative study was to gain insight into the experiences, perspectives, and drivers of behavioral change for therapists working to improve adherence to a CPG.

This study examines the impact of corporate governance and economic policy uncertainty on financial performance in non-financial firms in three emerging Asian economies: Pakistan, China, and Malaysia. The study analyzed 400 non-financial firms listed on these countries' stock markets for ten years (2012-2021). Data on corporate governance, financial performance, and CSR scores were obtained from DataStream.

Background: Improving death certification of Under 5 Mortality (U5M) is an important pre-requisite for improving child health. This study aimed to obtain a clear and comprehensive understanding of the process of death registration of U5M and address the challenges of accurate certification faced by physicians at hospitals and health offices.
Methods: A qualitative descriptive study was performed by conducting 10 Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with physicians who are actively involved in the certification of U5M.
