Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance and evolution of Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (ChatGPT; OpenAI) as a resource for shoulder and elbow surgery information by assessing its accuracy on the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons shoulder-elbow self-assessment questions. We hypothesized that both ChatGPT models would demonstrate proficiency and that there would be significant improvement with progressive iterations.
Materials And Methods: A total of 200 questions were selected from the 2019 and 2021 American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons shoulder-elbow self-assessment questions.

Freestanding birth centers (FBCs) in Brazil are regulated to provide care for women with a straightforward pregnancy. The systematization of the literature on FBCs can broaden our knowledge of these facilities. Purpose: To determine the influence of strabismus and its surgical correction on the preoperative and postoperative functional and psychosocial aspects of patients being treated at the CEROF/UFG Strabismus Outpatient Clinic.
Methods: This prospective cross-sectional study included 27 patients, aged >7 years that were divided into two groups (<18 years and >18 years). The AS 20 questionnaire is composed of two domains (psychosocial and functional).

Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the performance of the latest large language models (LLMs) in answering dental multiple choice questions (MCQs), including both text-based and image-based questions.
Material And Methods: A total of 1490 MCQs from two board review books for the United States National Board Dental Examination were selected. This study evaluated six of the latest LLMs as of August 2024, including ChatGPT 4.
