The efficiency of kinase inhibiting cancer therapeutics is often limited by their poor solubility in water. PEGylation is one possible strategy to improve the solubility of the drug, however, means to cleave these after reaching the target is important to make use of the therapeutic effects of the native drug. Moreover, the length of the PEG chains will have an effect on the solubility and binding.

The synthesis of polymers with well-defined composition, architecture, and functionality has long been a focal area of research in the field of polymer chemistry. The advancement of controlled radical polymerization (CRP) has facilitated the synthesis of precise polymers, which are endowed with new properties and functionalities, thereby exhibiting a wide range of applications. However, radical polymerization faces several challenges, such as oxygen intolerance, and common thermal initiation methods may lead to side reactions and depolymerization.

Environmental pollution has been a significant concern for the last few years. The leather industry significantly contributes to the economy but is one of Bangladesh's most prominent polluting industries. It is also responsible for several severe diseases such as cancer, lung diseases, and heart diseases of leather workers because they use bleaching agents and chemicals, and these have numerous adverse effects on human health.

Background: Mobile phones used by healthcare workers (HCWs) in hospitals are significant reservoirs of drug-resistant bacteria responsible for hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
Aim: The objective of this study was to assess the level of contamination with such bacteria in outpatient clinics.
Methods: Swabs from 83 HCWs' mobile phones were processed using standard biochemical and enzymatic procedures to identify pathogenic bacteria.

Subclinical mastitis (SCM), a silent threat in the dairy sector of Bangladesh poses a significant economic impact and serves as a potential source of infection for healthy cows, hindering efforts to achieve milk self-sufficiency. Despite the importance of this issue, limited research has been conducted on mastitis in Sylhet region of Bangladesh. This study aimed to investigate the molecular prevalence, antimicrobial susceptibility profile and resistant genes detection on pathogens ( and causing SCM.
