Background: Simple hepatic cysts are commonly detected in the general population, both solitary and associated with Adult Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). Laparoscopic fenestration is a surgical option adopted as first-line treatment and to treat complications. Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) encompasses rare variants like chromophobe hepatocellular carcinoma (CHCC) characterized by distinct histological features and molecular profiles.
Case Report: A 56-year-old male with chronic hepatitis C, presenting pain in the right hypochondrium. Imaging revealed a solitary liver lesion, subsequently resected and histologically diagnosed as HCC.

A 9-year-old spayed female mixed breed dog weighing 6.8 kg with a history of previous splenectomy for hemangiosarcoma 4 years earlier was referred for a hepatic mass lesion. Although the dog did not have a clinical sign, a computed tomography revealed a solitary mass in the left medial lobe of the liver.

Primary hepatic lymphoma (PHL) is a lymphoproliferative disorder confined to the liver, with no evidence of lymphomatous involvement in other organs. Here, we report a case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)-type PHL in a patient with a long history of primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and Sjögren's syndrome (SS). A 78-year-old woman presented with epigastralgia and was found to have a solitary liver tumor by contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT).
