We report a head-mountable CMOS camera for recording rapid neuronal activity in freely moving rodents using fluorescent activity reporters. This small, lightweight camera is capable of detecting small changes in light intensity (0.2% ΔI/I) at 500fps. The camera has a resolution of 32×32, sensitivity of 0.62V/lxs, conversion gain of 0.52μV/e(-) and well capacity of 2.1Me(-). The camera, containing intensity offset subtraction circuitry within the imaging chip, is part of a miniaturized epi-fluorescent microscope and represents a first generation, mobile scientific-grade, physiology imaging camera.

Background: Although there is evidence that indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) can predict mastectomy skin flap necrosis during breast reconstruction, consensus on optimal protocol is lacking. This study aimed to evaluate various technical factors which can influence ICG fluorescence intensity and thus interpretation of angiograms.
Method: Single institution retrospective study (2015-2021) of immediate implant-based breast reconstructions postmastectomy using a standardized technique of ICGA, controlling for modifiable factors of ambient lighting, camera distance and ICG dose.

We proposed an ingenious, highly efficient TiO meta-atom (MA)-based near-infrared disordered metalens structure harnessing bird's eye-inspired hyperuniform distribution and analyzed its optical and imaging properties employing the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The hyperuniform disordered MAs constructed an image at a focal length by engineering the phase shift of transmittance. We obtained a high focusing efficiency of 84.
