The objective of this research was to build an educational video to promote the attachment of HIV-positive mother and her child. That was a randomized clinical trial. The phases of the study was constituted by the development of the script, followed by the assessment, recording and editing of video, data collection, and validation and filming of the binomial. The roadmap has been assessed by technical experts and content. Data collection occurred between May and October 2008. 24 women attending HIV in the period, 12 of the control group and 12 in the intervention group took part of the study. We validated the video with the Protocol for Observation of mother-infant interaction. The mothers in the intervention group obtained more favorable results than the control one, showing the effectiveness of the video.

Introduction: Primary care providers or clinicians (PCPs) have the potential to assist dermatologists in screening patients at risk for skin cancer, but require training to appropriately identify higher-risk patients, perform skin checks, recognize and biopsy concerning lesions, interpret pathology results, document the exam, and bill for the service. Very few validated dermatology training programs exist for PCPs and those that are available focus primarily on one emphasis area, which results in variable efficacy and single-topic limited scope.
Methods: We have created a free, online, continuing education program (Melanoma Toolkit for Early Detection, MTED) that allows learners to choose from a variety of multimedia tools (image recognition, videos, written material, in-person seminars, self-tests, etc.

Veterinary surgeons certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) or the European College of Veterinary Surgeons (ECVS) were recruited through email listings available on the websites of veterinary schools and the ACVS to participate in a survey on this subject. Pediatric resuscitation training has historically been in-person relying on Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) algorithms, yet many pediatric providers are often faced with treating adult or adult-sized patients.
