The International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis (ISPD) 2010 guidelines on PD-related infections reflect the bulk of knowledge acquired over the last 5 years. It includes new information about causative agents of peritonitis, isolation techniques, or therapeutic regimens. Monitoring of infection rates by reporting of peritonitis and exit site infections, isolated microorganism, and presumed etiology is recommended. Furthermore, special focus is given on careful evaluation of each episode of peritonitis in order to determine the route of infection and to reassess patient's training. In this article, we record the changes in the last ISPD (2010) guidelines compared to the previous ones published in March 2005.

Study Question: How should ART/preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) centres manage the detection of chromosomal mosaicism following PGT?
Summary Answer: Thirty good practice recommendations were formulated that can be used by ART/PGT centres as a basis for their own policy with regards to the management of 'mosaic' embryos.
What Is Known Already: The use of comprehensive chromosome screening technologies has provided a variety of data on the incidence of chromosomal mosaicism at the preimplantation stage of development and evidence is accumulating that clarifies the clinical outcomes after transfer of embryos with putative mosaic results, with regards to implantation, miscarriage and live birth rates, and neonatal outcomes.
Study Design Size Duration: This document was developed according to a predefined methodology for ESHRE good practice recommendations.

Purpose: To delineate the seizure type, phenotype and V-EEG patterns of dystroglycanopathy (DGP) and correlate them with the neuroradiological and genetic results.
Methods: Patients with seizures were screened from our dystroglycanopathy database from January 2010 to March 2021. Detailed clinical information, including seizure type, brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), EEG and genetic analysis, was collected.

In 2016, the International Society of Peritoneal Dialysis (ISPD) published guidelines that focus on the importance of both prevention and treatment of peritonitis. For once more, the need for annual reporting of peritonitis rates and recording of peritonitis and exit-site infections, isolated microorganism and antimicrobial susceptibilities as a central component of a quality improvement program is highlighted. Data on new antibiotic regimens, techniques for microorganism isolation and peritoneal dialysis solutions are included.
