The endoscopic sanitation is possible in patients operated upon for diffuse polyposis in cases of the absence of malignization of the polyps in the other parts of the colon. The endoscopic polypectomy performed on patients with diffuse polyposis allows preserving the rectum in 88.8% and the upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract in 99.1% of the cases.

Background: Lung transplantation is a viable lifesaving option for patients with diffuse pulmonary arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). We present a case of diffuse pulmonary AVMs associated with juvenile polyposis and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (JP-HHT) that was successfully managed by lung transplantation.
Case Presentation: A 19-year-old woman developed severe hypoxemia due to pulmonary AVMs diagnosed at 4 years of age.

Background: Infantile Juvenile polyposis of infantile (JPI) is a rare and aggressive form of juvenile polyposis syndrome (JPS) typically diagnosed in the first year of life. It often carries a poor prognosis due to chronic gastrointestinal bleeding, protein-losing enteropathy, malnutrition and immune deficiency.
Case Presentation: We report a case of a girl initially presented with pallor at 7 months of age, which progressed to gastrointestinal bleeding and protein-losing enteropathy.
