Distributed feedback lasers, which feature rapid wavelength tunability, are not presently available in the yellow and orange spectral regions, impeding spectroscopic studies of short-lived species that absorb light in this range. To meet this need, a rapidly tunable laser system was constructed, characterized, and demonstrated for measurements of the NH radical at 597.4 nm.

Interleukin-1 (IL-1) is a pivotal mediator in the pathological progression of osteoarthritis (OA), playing a central role in disease progression. However, the rapid clearance of IL-1 receptor antagonist (IL-1Ra) from the joints may hinder the efficacy of intra-articular IL-1Ra injections in reducing OA-associated pain or cartilage degradation. Sustaining sufficient levels of IL-1Ra within the joints via adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated gene therapy presents a promising therapeutic strategy for OA.

Phosphorescent sensors are essential for rapid visual sensing of volatile acids, due to their profound impact on ecosystems and human health. However, solid phosphorescent materials for acid-base stimulus response are still rare, and it is important to achieve real-time monitoring of volatile acids. In order to obtain an efficient and rapid response to volatile acid stimulation, N-H and -NH substituents are introduced into an auxiliary ligand to synthesize a new cationic Ir(III) complex ().

Globally, widespread tuberculosis is one of the acute problems of healthcare. Drug-resistant forms of tuberculosis require a personalized approach to treatment. Currently, rapid methods for detecting drug resistance of (MTB) to some antituberculosis drugs are often used and involve optical, electrochemical, or PCR-based assays.

In the context of globalization and rapid technological advancement, the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought new opportunities and challenges to Human Resource Management (HRM). This study constructs an evolutionary game model to explore the strategy choices and evolutionary paths of enterprises and employees in HRM value co-creation with AI involvement. We numerically simulated the dynamic evolution of strategies under different scenarios, revealing the equilibrium characteristics of strategic interactions between enterprises and employees in the AI context.
