Background: Differentiating neoplastic and non-neoplastic uveal tumours can present a diagnostic challenge; intra-ocular biopsy may be necessary. The novel trans-scleral Essen Forceps biopsy (TSEB) technique can improve diagnostic yield compared to fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB). We present a case demonstrating the technique and its added value.

Purpose: To present an orbital extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma) with increased choroidal thickness as the first diagnostic sign.
Methods: A patient presented with mild blurred vision in the left eye. Progressively increased choroidal thickness was demonstrated by enhanced depth imaging-optical coherence tomography and ocular ultrasound-confirmed diffuse choroidal effusion.

Purpose: To investigate the ultrasonographic features in patients with primary uveal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma.
Methods: Medical records of 12 patients (13 eyes) diagnosed with primary uveal MALT lymphoma between September 2014 and September 2021 were retrospectively reviewed. Ultrasonography, B-scan ultrasonography, color Doppler flow imaging, and ultrasound biomicroscopy findings were retrieved from the medical records.

Purpose: To describe the clinical features and histopathologic findings of Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) with ophthalmic involvement diagnosed at a Mexican ophthalmologic referral center in a period of 62 years.
Results: A total of 17 cases of RDD with ophthalmologic manifestations in Mexican-mestizo patients were collected. Female predominance was observed in 12 of 17 patients.
