Background: The presentation of a ruptured fusiform abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) co-occurring with bilateral iliac dissections is extremely rare. Endovascular repair of ruptured AAA is an accepted treatment modality for suitable patients; however, this approach may be complicated by the presence of iliac arterial pathology.
Methods And Results: We report the case of a 66-year-old man who presented with a ruptured AAA. Preoperative imaging demonstrated bilateral iliac artery dissections in addition to the ruptured AAA. We describe the technical aspects of the combined endovascular and open surgical repair required to manage this complex presentation.
Conclusion: The combined presentation of ruptured AAA and bilateral iliac dissections has not been previously reported. Successful repair can be achieved using a combined endovascular and open surgical approach.

Purpose: To explore the information in routine digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and evaluate deep learning algorithms for automated identification of anatomic location in DSA sequences.
Methods: DSA of the abdominal aorta, celiac, superior mesenteric, inferior mesenteric, and bilateral external iliac arteries was labeled with the anatomic location from retrospectively collected endovascular procedures performed between 2010 and 2020 at a tertiary care medical center. "Key" images within each sequence demonstrating the parent vessel and the first bifurcation were additionally labeled.

Purpose: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of the left and right lower extremities was treated in the same way, but the left and right extremities received different levels of attention. This study aimed to investigate the differences between the right and left lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (LEDVT).
Methods: Clinical characteristics of LEDVT patients from July 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed to compare the incidence of LEDVT on different limbs, demographics, predisposing factors, and anatomical characteristics.

Background: Current guidelines recommend preserving at least one of the bilateral pelvic flows in patients with aortoiliac aneurysms. The sandwich parallel graft, using commercially available devices, provides a viable option for patients who fall outside the instructions for use of iliac branch devices.
