Background: Human services occupations are highly exposed to mental health risks, thus psychosocial risk management is critical to assure healthy and safe working conditions, promote mental health and commitment, and prevent fluctuation of employees. However, still little is known about prominent psychosocial risk factors in various human services work.
Objectives: To identify prominent psychosocial risk factors of mental health in human services occupations and to explore their individual and organizational correlates in 19 European countries.

Objectives: Nepenthes, sometimes known as tropical pitcher plants or monkey cups, is a carnivorous plant genus that contains more than 160 species. Nepenthes khasiana, India's sole representative of the genus, is a rare and endangered dioecious plant endemic to North-east India. Despite the fact that it is a prominent insectivorous plant in the Nepenthaceae family, genomic resources for the species are limited, making genomic breeding and understanding the genetic basis of botanical carnivory difficult.

Adult spinal deformity(ASD) is a condition in which the spinopelvic alignment changes owing to age-related degeneration, making it difficult to maintain a standing position. The goal of surgery for ASD is to correct the spine and obtain normal alignment. Here, we discuss the pathophysiology of ASD, spinopelvic alignment, surgical methods, and complications.

Priapulida is a small phylum of 22 described species that are divided into two size classes (microscopic and macroscopic), distinguished by adult and larval morphology. Most priapulidans are rare or live in inaccessible habitats, and freshly collected material for molecular studies is difficult to obtain. With this study, we for the first time aim to resolve the phylogeny of extant Priapulida using transcriptomic, genomic, and morphological data.

Introduction: Three-dimensional (3D) maps are useful for premature ventricular contraction (PVC) ablation. However, positional information changes compared with sinus rhythm when PVCs appear, rendering ablation difficult. We aimed to understand the spatial displacement characteristics of PVC ablation in 3D maps and the therapeutic effect after correction using the LAT-Hybrid function.
