In the title compound, [Zn(C(15)H(11)NO(3))(H(2)O)(2)]·C(2)H(6)OS, the Zn(II) ion is coordinated by two O atoms and one N atom of the deprotonated chelate ligand and two water mol-ecules in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination environment. A linear supra-molecular structure built from O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds runs parallel to [100].
