Background: There are very few studies exploring neuroplasticity impairments and neurodegeneration processes in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Additionally, the peripheral blood levels of neuroplasticity biomarkers in individuals with OCD and their associations with treatment outcomes remain largely unexplored. This study sought to compare peripheral blood levels of biomarkers reflecting neuroplasticity and neurodegenerative processes between patients with OCD and healthy controls (HCs) and to determine whether accelerated continuous theta-burst stimulation (cTBS) influences the levels of these biomarkers in OCD.

Background: Patient-centred care (PCC) is considered crucial for high-quality substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and care, but it is unclear whether PCC is associated with enhanced outcomes. This review aimed to map available evidence of the relationship between PCC and outcomes across the SUD treatment continuum.
Methods: We conducted a scoping review of the literature on the relationship between PCC for SUD and service outcomes in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines.

Background: While advances have been made in the field of high-fidelity realistic simulation in nursing, bibliometric studies in this field are limited.
Objectives: The objectives were: (1) to examine the number of articles published in the field of nursing on high-fidelity realistic simulation with a time frame from 2009 to 2023; (2) to identify the scientific journals that publish the most on high-fidelity simulation in nursing; (3) to analyze the authorship of scientific publications on high-fidelity simulation in nursing.
Design: This is a bibliometric study of high-fidelity simulation in nursing.

Background: Digital health interventions (DHIs) are changing the dynamic of health care by providing personalized, private, and instantaneous solutions to end users. However, the explosion of digital health has been fraught with challenges. The approach to co-design with end users varies across a diverse domain of stakeholders, often resulting in siloed approaches with no clear consensus.
