In the title mol-ecule, C(9)H(8)N(4)O(2)S, the dihedral angle between the thia-diazole and benzene rings is 73.92 (8)° and the thia-diazole group S atom is orientated towards the benzene ring, the central S-C-C-C torsion angle being 45.44 (18)°. In the crystal, supra-molecular tapes mediated by N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds and comprising alternating eight-membered {⋯HNCN}(2) and 10-membered {⋯HNH⋯NN}(2) synthons are formed along [010]. The tapes are consolidated into a three-dimensional network by a combination of C-H⋯O, C-H⋯S and C-H⋯π inter-actions.

Background: Delphi studies are primarily used in the health sciences to find consensus. They inform clinical practice and influence structures, processes, and framework conditions of healthcare. The practical research-how Delphi studies are conducted-has seldom been discussed methodologically or documented systematically.

Background: Historically, eating disorder (ED) research has largely focused on White girls and women, with minority ethnic populations underrepresented. Most research exploring EDs in minority ethnic populations has been conducted in the United States (US). The aim of this scoping review, the first of its kind, was to systematically examine research on disordered eating and EDs among minority ethnic populations in Australia, Canada, Aotearoa New Zealand and the United Kingdom (UK), four countries with shared sociocultural and healthcare characteristics.

Introduction: Modern surgery incorporates many aspects of care, including preoperative workup, surgical management and multidisciplinary collaboration to achieve favourable outcomes and high patient satisfaction. Current literature identifies variability in surgical practice and quality of care. The objective of this study is to fill the gap in the literature by identifying modifiable surgeon behavioural factors influencing the quality of care and to identify interventions and policies that modify these factors.

Soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) stands as a pivotal regulatory element in intracellular signalling pathways, mediating the formation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and impacting diverse physiological processes across tissues. Increased formation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is widely recognized to modulate cGMP signalling. Indeed, oxidatively damaged, and therefore inactive sGC, contributes to poor vascular reactivity and more severe neurological damage upon stroke.

Background: Aeromedical transfer of patients with ischemic stroke to access hyperacute stroke treatment is becoming increasingly common. Little is known about how rapid changes of altitude and atmospheric pressure can impact cerebral perfusion and ischemic burden. In patients with ischemic stroke, there is a theoretical possibility that this physiologic response of hypoxia-driven hyperventilation at higher altitude can lead to a relative drop in PaCO2.
