methyl 17-cyano-3,6-dimeth-oxy-4,5α-ep-oxy-6,14-endo-ethenomorphinan-7-carboxyl-ate), C(23)H(24)N(2)O(5), the dihydro-furan ring adopts a twist conformation, while the piperidine ring is in a chair conformation. The benzene-fused cyclo-hexene ring adopts an envelope conformation. An intra-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bond is observed. Inter-molecular C-H⋯N and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds form C(5) chains along the a and b axes, respectively, and together they form a three-dimensional network.

WNT/β-catenin signaling plays key roles in development and cancer. ZNRF3/RNF43 modulates Frizzleds through ubiquitination, dampening WNT/β-catenin signaling. Conversely, RSPO1-4 binding to LGR4-6 and ZNRF3/RNF43 enhances WNT/β-catenin signaling.

Abdominal wall repair in adults with bladder exstrophy is challenging. We present a case of a 46-year-old woman with bladder exstrophy presenting with a large midline incisional hernia associated with a 13-cm hypoplasia of both pubic rami that precluded fixation of any abdominal mesh. A two-stage approach was adopted.

Background: The prediction of coronavirus disease in 2019 (COVID-19) in broader regions has been widely researched, but for specific areas such as urban areas the predictive models were rarely studied. It may be inaccurate to apply predictive models from a broad region directly to a small area. This paper builds a prediction approach for small size COVID-19 time series in a city.

Development and validation of a radiomics nomogram for preoperative prediction of BRAF mutation status in adult patients with craniopharyngioma.

Neurosurg Rev

December 2024

Department of Neurosurgery, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, No.119 South Fourth Ring West Road, Beijing, 100070, China.

Although craniopharyngiomas are rare benign brain tumors primarily managed by surgery, they are often burdened by a poor prognosis due to tumor recurrence and long-term morbidity. In recent years, BRAF-targeted therapy has been promising, showing potential as an adjuvant or neoadjuvant approach. Therefore, we aim to develop and validate a radiomics nomogram for preoperative prediction of BRAF mutation in craniopharyngiomas.
