In the title compound, C(22)H(18)N(2)O, the pyrazole ring is almost planar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0098 Å) and its mean plane makes dihedral angles of 62.2 (2), 87.2 (2) and 8.0 (2)° with the phenyl and benzoyl rings, respectively. The crystal packing is stabilized by π-π stacking inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.658 (2) Å] and weak inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.

Background: Aeromedical transfer of patients with ischemic stroke to access hyperacute stroke treatment is becoming increasingly common. Little is known about how rapid changes of altitude and atmospheric pressure can impact cerebral perfusion and ischemic burden. In patients with ischemic stroke, there is a theoretical possibility that this physiologic response of hypoxia-driven hyperventilation at higher altitude can lead to a relative drop in PaCO2.

Patient-reported outcomes of zirconia dental implants: a systematic review and future directions.

J Patient Rep Outcomes

January 2025

Division of Oral Surgery and Orthodontics, Department of Dental Medicine and Oral Health, Medical University of Graz, Graz, Austria.

Purpose: Zirconia dental implants show excellent biocompatibility and tissue integration, low affinity for plaque, and favorable biomechanical properties. However, these objective measures do not adequately replicate the patient's perception. This systematic review evaluated the evidence on patient-reported outcome (PROs) in zirconia dental implant treatment.

Background: Transvenous pacemakers (TVP) and leadless pacemakers (LP) are two reliable permanent modalities for the treatment of heart rhythm disorders. Several observational studies explored the safety and efficacy of the two devices. The aim of this meta-analysis study is to present a comparative analysis of the safety of leadless versus transvenous pacemakers.
