Aim: The aim of this study was to uncover what it is like to be a novice peer reviewer for journals that publish articles that can influence nursing education and/or practice.
Background: Comprehensive and effective approaches to reviewer development, based on reviewer experience, were not reported in the literature.
Method: The study followed a hermeneutic phenomenological approach.

This project evaluated the online implementation of a Responsible Conduct of Research/Professional Ethics Training for graduate students. The program was offered as a video-streamed remote, real-time training with an in-person option. Effectiveness of the remote program was evaluated using multiple measures: perceptions of ethical dilemmas, ethical decision-making, and reactions to the training.

Sleep is a universally conserved behavior whose origin and evolutionary purpose are uncertain. Using phylogenomics, this article investigates the evolutionary foundations of sleep from a never before used perspective.
