The main group consisted of 130 patients with pyo-necrotic complications of diabetic foot syndrome, in who after operations within the foot limits, there were ultrasonic cavitation and ozonization of the wound surface. The control group consisted of 90 patients who underwent operative treatment as well as a standard local treatment using the preparations with reference to the phase of the wound process. The use of low-frequency ultrasound allows in short-terms ablation of necrotized tissues within the limits of healthy tissues, decrease of microbial contamination of the wounds and preparing to closing. Ozonization of the wounds facilitates growth of the granulating tissues and prolongs the effect of decontamination of the wound surface. The application of physical methods in treatment of patients with pyo-necrotic complications of diabetic foot syndrome decreases the number of disabling operations.

Objective: Of study is improving the results of treatment of patients with pyo-necrotic complications of diabetic foot syndrome by including the method of negative pressure wound treatment in the complex treatment program in combination with using of the combined antibacterial drug Cifran ST and immunocorrective therapy.
Material And Methods: The results of examination and treatment of 184 patients with pyo-necrotic complications of the neuropathic form of diabetic foot syndrome were analyzed. According to choice of treatment methods in the postoperative period all patients were divided into two groups.
It was analyzed the results of examination and treatment of 217 patients with neuro-ischemic form of the diabetic foot syndrome. Diabetic macroangiopathy with critical limb ischemia (TASC II) was diagnosed in all patients. Tissue foot damage of grade 3 (Wagner) was observed in 100 (46.

The analysis of statistical information concerning PT/PA prevalence revealed a tendency toward the increase of the number of emergency interventions for the treatment of PA that may be attributed to the reduction in the number of planned tonsillectomies as well as to the absence or inadequate organization of regular medical check-ups of the patients presenting with chronic tonsillitis. The structure of selected complications of PA is described with special reference to the prerequisites for the development of pyo-necrotic lesions in the soft tissues of the neck and tonsillogenic sepsis.

Duration of diabetes prior to the development of necrotic complications averagely amounted to 15 years, in 76 patients of the Study Group we determined the species-specific composition of the pathogens, the number of microbial bodies in 1 gram of necrotic tissues as well as the state of cellular and humoral immunity, and the complex of therapeutic measures was supplemented by cytokine therapy: Operative treatment in 78 patients of the control group consisted of various-scope necrectomies and open management of the wounds. The operative procedures in the Study Group patients included revascularizing operations, as well as secondary surgical debridement of the wounds with placing sutures.

Analysed herein are the outcomes of surgical management of thirty-one patients presenting with a pulsating haematoma and inguinal pseudoaneurysms of post-injection aetiology. According to the authors' opinion, choosing the appropriate scope of the would-be operation is too complicated largely due to peculiarities of the pyo-necrotic process in this zone.
