Introduction: Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease which can affect any area of the gastrointestinal tract, including oral tissues. The complex nature of this disease demands interdisciplinary management, especially when both intestinal and oral manifestations are present.
Case: This report presents the case of a 28-year-old male patient with oral, ileo-caecal and peri-anal CD managed jointly between Gastroenterology and Oral Medicine.

Aggressive angiomyxoma and cellular angiofibroma are uncommon mesenchymal tumors. Imaging plays an important role in suggesting their diagnosis and in delineating the extent of the lesion. Additionally, histopathological examination provides the definite diagnosis.

Introduction And Importance: Patients with pilonidal disease (PD) often undergo wide excision of pilonidal sinuses and flap-based closures. Patients who failed these procedures can have recurrent perianal wounds obscured by hair and unrecognized even by the treating physicians. In this report, we describe a series of pilonidal patients with recurrent disease and perianal wounds.

Fistula-in-ano and anorectal abscesses are commonly encountered in surgical departments, but their extension into the retroperitoneum and pelvis to form an extensive collection is rare. Here, we present the case of a 66-year-old diabetic male who presented with lower abdominal pain and fever for a day, with signs of sepsis. He had a simple fistula in the perianal region for the past 15 years.
