The goal of research is to mark the role of the nitrogen oxide in formation of the violations of the vascular thrombocyte link of homeostasis in case of bilius peritonitis. The work was made on 31 mongrel dogs, which were divided into two groups: control and experimental. It's found that the animals with 24-hours bilious peritonitis have reliable increase of the thrombocytes' quantity, the content of nitrogen oxide in serum and the level of generation nitrogen oxide by the thrombocytes relatively the animals from the control group. Received result shows the development of endothelial dysfunction against the background of endotoxicosis, which runs the mechanism of the system inflammatory reaction; damage and the violation of thrombocytes' function, and can be one of the basic premise to development of coagulopathy. Received findings allow to use the thrombocyte as the cell shows the processes in the focus of inflammation and in the endothelium of vessels.
