Background: The ocular adnexal region is the primary localization of extranodal lymphoma in 5% to 15% of all Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Intraocular lymphoma of T-cell origin is extremely rare and such sites of infiltration have been rarely observed in clinical examination.
Case Report: We presented a 56-year-old man with iris infiltration by primary intraocular peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The patient was in clinical stage I BE and the treatment was initiated according to cyclophosphamide, hydroxydaunorubicin, oncovin, prednisone (CHOP) regimen. When the second course of the therapy was scheduled, the patient developed central nervous system lymphoma infiltration. Although De Angelis regimen was used, 3 months after the diagnosis was established, lethal outcome ensued due to disease progression.
Conclusion: According to our experience we can conclude that further therapeutical approach to patients with primary intraocular T-cell lymphoma requires modification of conventional treatment regimens. The lower median survival in these patients suggests that the disease may be of more aggressive course.

Background: Over the last decade, the anticancer effects of Stokes (RVS) have been reported in various preclinical or clinical studies. However, the effects of RVS on immuno-oncology, especially on the functional properties of T cells and their phenotypes, remain unclear. Here, we planned to investigate the impact of RVS on immuno-oncology, specifically focusing on its effects on T cells.

Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by memory and cognitive impairments. Previous studies have shown neuronal death in the brains of AD patients, but the role of cuproptosis and its associated genes in AD neurons remains unclear.
Methods: Intersection analysis was conducted using the AD transcriptome dataset GSE63060, neuron dataset GSE147528, and reported cuproptosis-related genes to identify the cuproptosis key gene highly expressed in AD.
Introduction: Alzheimer's disease (AD) involves neuroinflammation and amyloid plaque deposition, yet the role of amyloid-reactive immune response in neurodegeneration remains unclear. We investigate amyloid-reactive T cell levels in the Epidemiology of Mild Cognitive Impairment Study in Taiwan (EMCIT) and Taiwan Precision Medicine Initiative of Cognitive Impairment and Dementia (TPMIC) cohorts.
Method: Using diverse amyloid peptide formulations, we established a polyfunctionality assay for five T cell functions and compared mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients to control subjects in both cohorts.

ITK-SYK and TEL-SYK (also known as ETV6-SYK) are human tumor-causing chimeric proteins containing the kinase region of SYK, and the membrane-targeting, N-terminal, PH-TH domain-doublet of ITK or the dimerizing SAM-PNT domain of TEL, respectively. ITK-SYK causes peripheral T cell lymphoma, while TEL-SYK was reported in myelodysplastic syndrome. BTK is a kinase highly related to ITK and to further delineate the role of the N-terminus, we generated the corresponding fusion-kinase BTK-SYK.

New treatment approaches are warranted for patients with advanced melanoma refractory to immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) or BRAF-targeted therapy. We designed BNT221, a personalized, neoantigen-specific autologous T cell product derived from peripheral blood, and tested this in a 3 + 3 dose-finding study with two dose levels (DLs) in patients with locally advanced or metastatic melanoma, disease progression after ICB, measurable disease (Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1) and, where appropriate, BRAF-targeted therapy.
