Cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) has been utilized in various medical devices using its oxidative nature. Recent studies have provided evidence that CAP can facilitate the delivery of large, hydrophilic molecules through the epidermis to the dermis. On the other hand, a new approach called low-intensity CAP (LICAP) has been developed, allowing the plasma level to be controlled within a subtoxic range, thereby demonstrating various biological benefits without tissue damage.

Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: 1050 permanent teeth of different groups filled with different materials were studied. An ultra-microscopic examination by the method of raster electron microscopy was carried out and the mineral composition of the teeth was evaluated.

Background: Although metabolic disturbance is a characteristic of diabetic cardiomyopathy (DbCM), the detailed pathogenesis of DbCM remains unknown.
Methods: We used a heart transplantation (HTx) cohort to explore the effect of diabetes mellitus on heart failure (HF) progression dependent of myocardium. Microscopic and ultramicroscopic pathology were used to depict the pathological features of human myocardium of DbCM.

COVID-19-associated rhino-orbital mucormycosis has become a new clinical entity. This study's aim was to evaluate the histopathological and ultramicroscopic morphological aspects of this fungal infection. This was an observational retrospective study on eight patients from three tertiary centers in Romania.
