In this paper, we examine selected research findings from a community-based study on engaging with nature to promote health. Combining participatory photographic research methods with an iterative process of dialectical analysis, we explored nature-based health promotion with community citizens, practitioners, and decision-makers from various sectors to examine the complexities of connecting with natural outdoor places in local contexts. Participants identified an array of barriers to and opportunities for everyday access to restorative outdoor places. The findings suggest that inter-sectoral governance with active citizen engagement in research, decision-making, and action may be essential to develop the ecological citizenship and communal norms and strategies that promote the health of people and their shared restorative places.

Erosive tooth wear (ETW) is a prevalent oral condition with varying etiology, including erosion, abrasion, abfraction, and attrition. It is reported in the literature in different nomenclatures, hindering the ability to identify the emerging trends and influential scholarly works and bodies within this field. Using a bibliometric analysis approach, this study aims to evaluate the trends, themes, and productivity of the research on ETW condition while respecting its different terminologies.

Cladribine is an immune reconstitution therapy for multiple sclerosis (MS) that selectively produces long-term reductions in highly pathological memory B cells, with temporary reductions in other B- and T-cell subsets, thereby restoring immune function close to baseline levels in the short term. Here, we describe two cases of relapsing MS (RMS) treated with a second course of cladribine. Both patients were initially diagnosed with clinically isolated syndrome and later enrolled in the ORACLE-MS and CLASSIC-MS studies.

Tuberculosis (TB) dactylitis of the hand is a rare and challenging pathology, requiring positive bacterial identification through culture or biopsy for diagnosis. Treatment is also challenging, although it typically yields an excellent response to long-term tuberculostatic therapy. We describe a case of osteoarticular tuberculous dactylitis in a 36-year-old woman with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and a history of lymphoma.

Background: The presence of isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) mutations and 1p/19q codeletion significantly influences the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with lower-grade gliomas (LGGs). The ability to predict these molecular signatures preoperatively can inform surgical strategies. This study sought to establish an interpretable imaging feature set for predicting molecular signatures and overall survival in LGGs.

Introduction: This study aimed to assess the effect of cavity designs on instrumentation, obturation and fracture resistance for mandibular first premolars with Vertucci V canal.
Methods: Mandibular first premolars with Vertucci V canal were scanned with micro-CT. 20 teeth with moderately curved canal were prepared with conservative endodontic cavity (CEC/M) or traditional endodontic cavity (TEC/M), and 30 with severely curved canal were prepared with CEC (CEC/S), modified CEC (MCEC/S) or TEC (TEC/S).
