Antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) rebounding during composting cooling phase is a critical bottleneck in composting technology that increased ARGs dissemination and application risk of compost products. In this study, mature compost (MR) was used as a substitute for rice husk (RH) to mitigate the rebound of ARGs and mobile genetic elements (MGEs) during the cooling phase of sewage sludge composting, and the relationship among ARGs, MGEs, bacterial community and environmental factors was investigated to explore the key factor influencing ARGs rebound. Purpose: The combination therapy of lenvatinib and immunotherapy as first-line treatment remains controversial in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC). This research aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of lenvatinib monotherapy (L) and combination therapy of lenvatinib and immune checkpoint inhibitor (LI) in lenvatinib-insensitive patients with uHCC.
Methods: Two hundred fifty-five uHCC patients were enrolled in this study.

Background: In the USA, many states, including Colorado, have increased criminal penalties for illicit opioid possession, which may alter overdose risk. We aimed to evaluate the relationship between Colorado's increased drug-related criminal legal penalties, risk of overdose, and substance use patterns.
Methods: We used concept mapping - a mixed-methods approach used to develop a conceptual understanding of an issue from a community lens - to engage with people with living and/or lived experience with the criminal legal system, substance use, and/or overdose, their loved ones, and service providers.

Environmental, social and governance (ESG) increasingly impacts firms' risk management and investment decisions. Based on instrumental stakeholder theory, this study uses data from Chinese-listed manufacturing firms from 2013 to 2021 to examine the relationship between ESG disclosure transparency and idiosyncratic risk (IR). Artificial intelligence (AI) intellectual property protection and institutional investor distraction are incorporated as moderating variables in examining this relationship.

Sarcomas, including bone sarcomas and soft tissue sarcomas (STSs), are a heterogeneous group of mesenchymal malignancies. Recent advancements in next-generation sequencing (NGS) have enabled the identification of novel chromosomal translocations and fusion genes, which play a critical role in sarcoma subtypes. Our study focuses on gene fusions in sarcomas among Chinese patients, comparing their genomic profiles to those of Western populations.
