Aberrant expression of grainyhead-like transcription factor 3 (GRHL3) has been extensively reported in the development and progression of several squamous cell carcinomas, such as cutaneous, head and neck, and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. However, the clinical significance and biological roles of GRHL3 in lung squamous cell (LUSC) carcinoma are largely unclear. Herein, we report that GRHL3 was significantly upregulated in lung squamous epithelium of LUSC tissues, bronchiole, and bronchus.

Ovarian cancer (OC) is the second most common female reproductive cancer and the most lethal gynecological malignancy worldwide. Most human OCs are characterized by high rates of drug resistance and metastasis, leading to poor prognosis. Improving the outcomes of patients with relapsed and treatment-resistant OC remains a challenge.

Dual-specificity phosphatase 3 (DUSP3) is a small-molecule dual-specificity phosphatase whose function has not yet been elucidated. This study investigated the effects of DUSP3 on the biological behavior of osteosarcoma and its potential mechanisms. We performed bioinformatics analysis of DUSP3 using "The Cancer Genome Atlas" and "The Tumor Immune Estimation Resource" databases.

Background And Objective: Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common malignancy of humankind, characterized by its low propensity for metastasis and its high recurrence rate. Surgical intervention is the predominant therapeutic approach. However, for cases of locally advanced BCC (laBCC) and metastatic BCC (mBCC), systematic therapy may be the first option.
