Mycoplasma pneumonia, caused by Mycoplasma bovis (Mycoplasmopsis bovis; M. bovis), is linked with severe inflammatory reactions in the lungs and can be challenging to treat with antibiotics. NLRX1 is an important regulator of inflammatory signaling in innate immune cells. Recent studies indicate NLRX1 activation may be a novel mechanism for inflammatory diseases, however, it has not been explored in atopic dermatitis (AD). Objective: The authors explored differentially expressed circRNAs in Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) and revealed the role and potential downstream molecular mechanisms of circLOC375190.
Methods: circLOC375190 expression was modulated by lentiviral injection in the brain of transient Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion (tMCAO) mice. Neurological dysfunction was assessed, as well as infarction size, histopathological changes, and neuronal apoptosis in tMCAO mice.

Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is the most common subtype of hemorrhagic stroke causing significant morbidity and mortality. Previously clinical treatments for ICH have largely been based on a single pathophysiological perspective, and there remains a lack of curative interventions. Following the rupture of cerebral blood vessels, blood metabolites activate resident immune cells such as microglia and astrocytes, and infiltrate peripheral immune cells, leading to the release of a series of inflammatory mediators.
