: Compassion Fatigue (CF) is a critical issue among healthcare professionals, exacerbated by exposure to trauma and chronic workplace stress. This pilot study evaluates the effectiveness of a Mindfulness-Oriented Professional Resilience (MOPR) program, a structured intervention designed to mitigate CF and enhance resilience in healthcare professionals. The program integrates mindfulness practices, arousal modulation techniques, and resilience-building strategies over six weekly sessions.

In the prevailing medical pluralism of contemporary society, alternative and complementary medicine occupy a relevant place, comprising a heterogeneous group of practices with different values depending on tradition and social acceptance. Their scarce regulation and growing use, facilitated by promotion through social networks and distrust of the dominant biomedical model, have generated interest among medical organizations and health authorities in their use and consequences. Appreciations vary from outright rejection to interest in its adoption by public health systems as part of their services.

Background: This study aimed to evaluate the service quality in Iranian hospitals from patients' perspectives based on the SERVQUAL model.
Materials And Methods: A thorough exploration of online electronic databases, including Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, IranMedex, and the Scientific Information Database (SID), was undertaken using keywords extracted from Medical Subject Headings such as "Quality of Health Care," "Hospital," and "Patients" spanning from the earliest available records up to August 11, 2023.
Results: In the context of 25 cross-sectional studies encompassing a collective participant pool of 8021 hospitalized patients in Iranian medical facilities, an assessment of patients' perspectives on the quality of hospital services revealed a mean perception score of 3.
