In laser safety eyewear, due to the lack of complete blocking of ultraviolet and infrared rays, we proposed a structure based on one-dimensional multilayer composed of several layers of silicon dioxide and zirconium dioxide materials alternately behind polycarbonate lens. It is find out that the acceptance angle range to the photonic crystal is 0 to 39°. This incident angle range corresponds to the band gap of the photonic crystal.

The proton concentration across the PCECs is often nonuniform, and characterizing the distribution of proton concentration can help to locate the position of rate-limiting reactions. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are nanoparticles encapsulated with a lipid bilayer, and they constitute an excellent source of biomarkers for multiple diseases. However, the heterogeneity in their molecular compositions constitutes a major challenge for their recognition and profiling, thereby limiting their application as an effective biomarker. A single-EV analysis technique is crucial to both the discovery and the detection of EV subpopulations that carry disease-specific signatures.

Conventional carbon dots (CDs) typically exhibit substantial variations in fluorescence intensity across different pH. This limitation underscores the pressing need for advancements in their stability and performance under diverse environmental conditions. Herein, l-cysteine and neutral red are selected as precursors, and three kinds of CDs, which can emit red, orange, and green fluorescent light (assigned as r-CD, o-CD, g-CD, respectively), are synthesized by simply changing the reaction conditions.
