Objective: To test the utility of a two-dimensional model of organizational climate for explaining variation in diabetes care between primary care clinics.
Data Sources/study Setting: Secondary data were obtained from 223 primary care clinics in the Department of Veterans Affairs health care system.
Study Design: Organizational climate was defined using the dimensions of task and relational climate. The association between primary care organizational climate and diabetes processes and intermediate outcomes were estimated for 4,539 patients in a cross-sectional study.
Data Collection/extraction Methods: All data were collected from administrative datasets. The climate data were drawn from the 2007 VA All Employee Survey, and the outcomes data were collected as part of the VA External Peer Review Program. Climate data were aggregated to the facility level of analysis and merged with patient-level data.
Principal Findings: Relational climate was related to an increased likelihood of diabetes care process adherence, with significant but small effects for adherence to intermediate outcomes. Task climate was generally not shown to be related to adherence.
Conclusions: The role of relational climate in predicting the quality of chronic care was supported. Future research should examine the mediators and moderators of relational climate and further investigate task climate.

Understanding the emissions and atmospheric impact of biogenic volatile organic compounds (BVOCs) in subtropical forests remains limited despite their role in secondary pollutant formation. This study presents the first comprehensive BVOC dataset from the Huai Hong Khrai subtropical forest, Northern Thailand, during the dry season (March 4-9, 2024). Using thermal desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (TD-GC-MS), we identified 45 BVOCs, dominated by monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and oxygenated derivatives.

Women's attitudes towards physical intimate partner violence are a major determinant of the likelihood of their exposure to physical intimate partner violence. In this study, we scrutinize the third, fourth, and fifth rounds of the National Family Health Survey using descriptive analyses and logistic regression models to understand the trends, patterns, and drivers of women's attitudes towards physical intimate partner violence across various demographic and socioeconomic groups in India. Our findings reveal a noticeable decline in the level of women's acceptability of physical intimate partner violence over the past 15 years, albeit at a slow pace.

Background: This research describes the development and validation of the CARES Climate Survey, a 22-item measure designed to assess interpersonal dimensions of work-unit climates. Dimensions of work-unit climates are identified through work-unit member perceptions and include civility, interpersonal accountability, conflict resolution, and institutional harassment responsiveness.
Methods: Two samples ( = 1,384; = 868) of academic researchers, including one from the North American membership of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), and one from a large research-intensive university, responded to the CARES and additional measures via an online survey.
