In the title polymer, [Co(3)(C(6)H(8)O(4))(3)(C(19)H(12)N(4))(2)](n), two adipate dianions (C(6)H(8)O(4) (2-)) occupy general positions and two are situated on different inversion centres. The two on general positions bind through their four O atoms to five 2-phenyl-1H-1,3,7,8-tetra-azacyclo-penta-[l]phenanthrene-chelated Co(II) ions, whereas the two on special positions bind to only four. Of the three Co atoms, two are chelated by N-heterocycles; the third is bonded to six O atoms. The bonding mode of the dianion gives rise to a three-dimensional network structure; the network is further consolidated by N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.

The National Health Act (NHAct) was adopted after a decade of preparation and civil society-driven advocacy, making the objective of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) explicit.

The benefits of exercise for the general population are well established, although there is limited information focusing on its importance for plastic surgeons. Plastic surgery is arguably one of the most physically taxing fields within medicine due to lengthy operations that often require putting oneself in uncomfortable positions for the majority of the case, all while maintaining mental focus and discipline. It is essential to incorporate regular routines that can optimize a plastic surgeon's mental and physical capacity both short- and long-term.

Dominant narratives of solid-organ transplantation foreground vocabularies of gratitude. Solid-organ transplantation is often celebrated in biomedicine for its high-tech innovation and specialization. But transplantation also includes the organizations that oversee the distribution of donated organs to potential recipients who disproportionately outnumber available organs.

Alloreactive-free CAR-VST therapy: a step forward in long-term tumor control in viral context.

Front Immunol

January 2025

Unité Mixte de Recherche (UMR) 7365 Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), Ingénierie Moléculaire, Cellulaire et Physiopathologie (IMoPA), Université de Lorraine, Nancy, France.

CAR-T cell therapy has revolutionized immunotherapy but its allogeneic application, using various strategies, faces significant challenges including graft-versus-host disease and graft rejection. Recent advances using Virus Specific T cells to generate CAR-VST have demonstrated potential for enhanced persistence and antitumor efficacy, positioning CAR-VSTs as a promising alternative to conventional CAR-T cells in an allogeneic setting. This review provides a comprehensive overview of CAR-VST development, emphasizing strategies to mitigate immunogenicity, such as using a specialized TCR, and approaches to improve therapeutic persistence against host immune responses.
