This paper investigates the noncooperative game problems over weight-balanced digraphs with communication delays. Compared with existing noncooperative games, a class of noncooperative games that are more aligned with practical systems is discussed, where all agents have uncertain heterogeneous second-order nonlinear dynamics. Then, considering two different types of communication delays, respectively slowly-varying communication delays and fast-varying communication delays, the distributed algorithm is designed to seek the Nash equilibrium (NE).

Background: Social inequalities in sleep have been reported, but there is less research on the mechanisms underlying this association. This study investigates the relationship between financial hardship and sleep within the general adult population, focusing on the mediating effects of psychosocial and lifestyle-related factors.
Methods: We used data from the Specchio cohort, a population-based study in Geneva, Switzerland, initiated in December 2020.

Background: Burns among children and adolescents represent a significant global health burden, leading to substantial morbidity and disability. This study aimed to analyze the trends in burn incidence, prevalence, and years lived with disability (YLDs) from 1990 to 2021, and to project future trends to 2035, highlighting global and regional disparities.
Methods: We utilized data from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) database covering 204 countries and territories.
