Background: Major decision-making self-efficacy (MDMSE) is an important indicator of students' ability to make effective decisions in specialty selection. It has implications for students' personal growth and career counselling interventions. While the previous MDMSES has been widely used in the context of China's New College Entrance Examination reform, the increased choice of majors and advancement of career planning necessitate a new scale to assess high school students' MDMSE levels.

Objective: The aim of this study was to establish a three-dimensional finite element (FE) hydraulic pressure technique model and compare the biomechanical characteristics of the osteotome technique and the hydraulic pressure technique using three-dimensional finite element analysis (FEA).
Methods: Three FE models were created: the hydraulic pressure technique (M1), the osteotome technique with a Ø 1.6-mm osteotome (M2), and the osteotome technique with a Ø 3.
Objective: Aim: The goal of this work is to investigate the effectiveness of state regulatory tools influencing the HCS reform process and the institutional support for the implementation of SGPMS at the primary level.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: To evaluate the effectiveness of SGPMS implementation at the primary level, methods of observation, analysis and synthesis, grouping, and generalization were applied.
Results: Results: In the implementation of SGPMS, PMC is prioritized.
